Order and Pay

When you have made your choice, add your nappies or wet wipes to your shopping cart by clicking the ‘Order’ button. You will be redirected to the checkout page where you can enter your details for your preferred payment method. All the prices listed on our website are inclusive of VAT. We do not charge delivery costs.  

Payment Options

On our website you can pay through the following payment methods:
  • iDeal
  • Visa
  • Mastercard
  • SEPA transfer
During the ordering process, you will be asked to check your payment details and agree with the General Terms and Conditions. If you have selected a nappy service, you will activate a nappy service that can be cancelled at any time, and you give permission for automatic collection of the subscription fee from your bank account for subsequent deliveries. If your automatic payment is unsuccessful, you will be notified by email with the option to pay by bank transfer. If you would like to make use of this method you will receive your next delivery as planned.  

Pay afterwards

If you would like to pay afterwards, you can choose  SEPA payment on your checkout page. When your order has been placed, the direct debit order will be sent to your bank. The direct debit will normally be processed within 1 working day and you will receive a delivery confirmation the next day. Your order will be delivered the day after that. Depending on your bank, the amount will be automatically debited from your account within 1 to 5 days.  

Prevent reversal fees

In case of late payment, for example in the case of payment reversal of the debited amount or due to insufficient funds, an amount of EUR 7.50 will be charged, and GhaZoo reserves the right to suspend the delivery.  


A statutory warranty applies to all items you buy from us. Statutory warranty means that a product is or does what the consumer can reasonably expect it to be or do. You can send us the product in order for us to assess whether we can replace the item or reimburse the costs.  

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to cancel the agreement within 14 days without giving reasons. This cooling-off period lapses 14 days after you have received your order. To invoke your right of withdrawal, you must send us, The GhaZoo Company BV, an unambiguous notification (in writing by mail or email) stating that you have decided to cancel the agreement. You can use the withdrawal form provided, but you are not required to use it. In order to comply with the withdrawal term (cooling-off period), a notification from you before the cooling-off period lapses stating that you are invoking your right of withdrawal shall be sufficient.  


Are you not entirely satisfied with the product we supplied? You have 14 days after cancelling your agreement to return your product to us. The direct costs for returning the items are borne by you. You will have sole liability regarding depreciation of the goods as a result of the use of the goods exceeding the need to establish the nature, features and use of the goods.

Consequences of withdrawal

When you cancel an agreement, we will reimburse all payments you have made up to that time, including delivery costs (except any added costs made as a result of your choice for an alternative delivery method than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us) immediately and in any case no later than 14 days after we have been notified of your decision to cancel the agreement. We will reimburse you through the same payment method you used for your original transaction unless you have explicitly agreed otherwise; in any case, no fee will be charged for such reimbursements. The right of withdrawal only applies to consumers.
