GhaZoo will make sure that your nappy bundle is delivered on your preferred day. Your order will be shipped with DHL. When your order has gone through, you will receive a track and trace code for your order.
If you are not in when your order is delivered, the courier will try again the next day. If you are not at home then either, you can contact your courier to arrange an alternative date for delivery or to pick it up from a collection point. Your neighbours can also accept delivery of your parcel, so there is no need to stay in to wait for your order.
Naturally, we do offer you the option to select a preferred day for delivery, for example on the day you are at home with your little one. And should you wish to have your order delivered on an alternative day, you can change this on your online account with a few mouse clicks on your online account.
If you order a new nappy bundle on workdays before 6 pm, it will be delivered the next day. We will make sure you never run out of nappies again.
We do not charge delivery costs for our nappy bundles.
You are responsible for keeping your contact details up to date, including your delivery address. If an order is not delivered because the delivery details are incorrect, GhaZoo will resend your order within 3 to 5 days after receiving the correct address and charge the delivery costs to you.
