Yes, you are free to order a box of nappies without using our nappy service. Simply go to our nappy bundles page and select your nappy bundle and the preferred size.

 

You can make changes to your service in your own GhaZoo environment. Go to ‘My account’, select ‘My nappy service’ and click on subscription. At the top you will see the options: ‘Pause’, ‘Cancel’, and ‘Change’.

Of course you can. You can start your nappy service with a sample pack giving you plenty of nappies to try out for a month. Are you satisfied? Great! Sign up and enjoy the comfort of our nappy service. You can order our nappy subscription just as easily via our website. Are you not satisfied with our nappies? No problem, the sample pack is free from obligation, so no need to cancel.

Delivery

No, we do not charge delivery costs.

Your confirmation email may have ended up in your spam folder. If there is no confirmation email in your spam folder either, please contact us by email or by phone.

 

Your delivery may also be accepted by your neighbours. So, it is not necessary for you to be home when your order is delivered. We do offer the option to select a preferred delivery date, for example on the day you are at home with your little one.

 

Orders are delivered within the Netherlands, Belgium, France, and Germany.

As soon as your order has been registered with the courier, you will receive an email with a track & trace code so you can track your order.

 

Orders placed on workdays before 6 pm will be delivered the next day. You can select an alternative day, for example, a day when you know you are going to be in. Subsequent deliveries will always be delivered on your selected day.

 

That is very annoying. If you have not received a notification from us about this, it is important to check if the address details in your account are correct. If they are, please get in touch.

 

In the Netherlands, all orders are sent by DHL deliveries. In Belgium the carrier is PostNL and in Germany and France, we work with DPD.

 

Payment

During the ordering process, you agree to the general terms and conditions and when ordering a nappy subscription, you also agree to activate your nappy service which can be cancelled at any time. By doing this, you give permission for automatic payment for subsequent deliveries. We will not collect payment if you cancel or pause your subscription in your account.

 

Yes, you can. You can use Klarna for payments after delivery has been made.

When the direct debit is refused, you will receive an email notification about this, including the option for a BACS payment. If you use this option, your delivery will go ahead as planned.

In case of late payment, you will be charged an amount of EUR 7.50 and GhaZoo reserves the right to suspend delivery.

 

We offer several payment methods, such as iDeal, Creditcard, and SEPA payments. Should your preferred method not be included in this list, please let us know. We are continually trying to improve our service.

Service

Are you happy with our service, and would you like to introduce us to your friends? You can invite a friend by sharing the unique link in your account. You will both receive 5 euros credit towards your next order.

 

1. Based on your personal situation, you select which size nappies you need and how often you wish to receive your new nappies;

2. The nappies will be automatically delivered to your home at the frequency selected by you and on your preferred day;

3. Five working days before you receive the next delivery, the amount will be automatically collected from your bank account, after which you will receive a delivery confirmation.

4. You can amend, pause, or cancel our servcie at any time, including after your first delivery, at no extra cost. No obligations!

 

If you want an earlier or later delivery date, you can pause the nappy service. When reactivating the service, select your new start date.

This is easy to do by logging into your account. Select the menu ‘My nappy service’ and click on the option ‘View’ after your nappy service. When your nappy service is shown, click on the orange ‘Pause’ button at the top. When you reactivate it, you will get a pop-up screen where you can enter your new start date.

 

That depends on whether you have ordered a single nappy bundle or a nappy subscription. When placing an order for a nappy subscription, we automatically take care of your subsequent deliveries. You are free to pause or cancel the service at any time, even after your first delivery, at no extra cost. So, no obligations! You can easily change your service in your account. If you have ordered a sample pack, you must activate your nappy subscription first.

 

 

It is possible to order GhaZoo nappies as a gift. Make sure you provide the correct delivery address for the receiver when you order.

 

If you have two children in nappies, you can order two boxes in two different sizes. You will have to place two separate orders, so you will be able to select different delivery frequencies.

It is not necessary to order more than one box of nappies for one baby. If you use relatively many nappies, you simply adjust your frequency so you will receive your next delivery sooner.

 

You can always order a box of nappies without subscribing to the nappy service. Go to https://ghazoo.com/luierpakketten and choose a nappy bundle and the preferred size.

 

You decide the frequency of your deliveries and you can change this at all times in your account. You will also be able to see when you will be receiving your next delivery in your account.

 

On the day your repeat order expires, the collection order will be sent to your bank. The order will usually be processed within 1 working day, which means you will receive a confirmation email the day after. Depending on your bank, the amount will be automatically collected from your account within 1 to 5 days. In case of late payment, for example, due to reversal of the collected amounts or due to insufficient funds in the relevant account, an amount of EUR 7.50 will be charged and GhaZoo reserves the right to suspend delivery.

When your nappy service is displayed, choose the option ‘CHANGE’ in the orange button at the top. Now choose your preferred size and/or the preferred delivery frequency.
